At our launch in 2001, our first step was to put the ISO 9001 Quality Management System in place and we have maintained and enhanced it ever since. Since then we have added the environmental management system ISO 14001 to our portfolio and then ISO 45001 to govern our, already substantial, health and safety systems.
Health & Safety
At dBA the safety of our employees is paramount to us. We protect them through thorough induction, training and constant reinforcement with toolbox talks. All of our operatives hold CSCS and BESC cards with our managers holding SSSTS, SMSTS and managing safely qualifications. We follow a management system with procedures to ensure that our performance on site is monitored and controlled.

At dBA we aim to provide our goods and services to our customers on time and within budget. We operate a quality management system which has gained BS EN ISO 9001: 2015 Certification, including aspects specific to the noise and vibration and vibration control industry. All personnel understand the importance of quality and abide with the contents of our Quality Manual. We constantly monitor our quality performance and will implement improvements when appropriate or when we see possible.
